审思与突破:应用型本科高校教师转型的现实困境与突围路径

摘要: 探讨应用型本科高校教师转型的现实困境,分析内在根源并寻求突围路径,对推动应用型本科高校转型发展具有重要
意义。基于调研与分析,师德意识淡化、转型意识淡薄、教学能力弱化、实践能力脱节、团队建设滞后是当前应用型本科高校教
师转型面临的主要症结。在国家推动地方高校向应用型转型的大背景下,要审思叩问教师转型痛点之根源,重点从建立健全
师德建设长效机制、广泛营造应用型转型氛围、大力加强教学软硬实力建设、打磨锤炼应用型师资队伍、强力打造教师发展共
同体五个维度构建突围路径。

Abstract: It is of great significance to explore the practical dilemma of the transformation of application-oriented university teachers,
to analyze the internal causes and seek a breakthrough path, and to promote the transformation and development of applicationoriented
universities. Based on investigation and analysis, this article finds that the weakening of teachers’moral consciousness, weak
awareness of transformation, weak teaching ability, disconnected practical ability, and delayed team building are the main crux of the
current problems. In the context of the national promotion of the transformation of local universities into application-oriented ones, we
must breakthrough from the following five aspects, i. e. to figure out the causes of the obstacles of teacher transformation, to focus on
establishing and improving a long-term mechanism for the construction of teacher ethics, to create an overall atmosphere of
application-oriented transformation, to vigorously strengthen the construction of teaching soft and hard power, to build applicationoriented
teams, and to construct a teacher development community.
